This letter is in reference to the service we received from Alex Rosenstein while we were searching for a condo in Seattle. Alex has just begun as a real estate agent, but the service we received from her was so professional, knowledgeable, and courteous that it seemed she had been in the business for years.
Alex started by sending emails to us of condos we might be interested in and if we liked them, she met with us to view them. She was sensitive to our needs, our price point, and was never frustrated when we decided to "look further" to find that "perfect condo for us". She was always on time, communicated promptly via email or cell, and had all the facts about the condos whenever we asked about them. If she did not know a fact, she was honest with us and asked the listing agent and promptly got back to us. She met us at a location convenient to us for signing papers, and always had our best interests at hand. She negotiated with the listing agent/owner on our behalf and we ended up purchasing a perfect condo in Seattle!
